| SAL CIARAVELLA |
Sal Ciaravella is a Broker-Associate with Home and Income Realty. He holds real estate licenses in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi, and is also a Florida licensed mortgage broker.
Sal was born in New Orleans, LA and has lived in Tampa, FL most of his life. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Leo University with a BA degree in Human Resources Administration.
Sal has been investing in real estate since 1982. He has rehabbed, flipped, or held various properties, including single family houses and multi-family units.
He received his real estate sales license in 1985. He works with all types of investors, from the greenhorns to those more experienced. He has taken several courses on IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and assisted several customers with their exchanges.
